The 1772 Foundation Executive Director Mary Anthony was honored at this year’s Rhody Awards for Historic Preservation, receiving the Frederick C. Williamson Professional Leadership Award. The Rhody Awards are a collaborative effort by Preserve Rhode Island and the Rhode Island Historical Preservation & Heritage Commission. The awards honor “people who make a difference in protecting Rhode Island’s historic character and sense of place.”
